DIRECTIONS
- Mix together your vegan mayo and mustard to make your Dijonnaise and set aside.
- Slather Dijonnaise on both halves of the bun (yes both - yum!) and top one half with mixed greens, a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Crumble over your Boursin Cheese to your heart's desire, then pile high with Plant Provisions Tuscan slices and top with your other slice of bread.
