INGREDIENTS LIST
Garlic Aioli
● 1 cup vegan mayo
● 2 cloves of garlic, grated
● 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, or to taste
● Pinch of salt
Cali Club Sandwiches
● Focaccia bread, sliced in half (this works great on sourdough as well!)
● Plant Provisions Mesquite BBQ slices
● 1 avocado, slightly mashed
● Sprouts, as desired
DIRECTIONS
1. Make your garlic aioli. Add all aioli ingredients to a small bowl and mix. Adjust by adding more garlic, salt, or parsley based on preference.
2. Make your sandwiches. Lightly toast the focaccia, then spread the garlic aioli onto the bread. Fill one half of the buns with with Plant Provisions Mesquite BBQ slices, avocado, and sprouts. Top with more aioli if desired!
