INGREDIENTS LIST

Garlic Aioli
● 1 cup vegan mayo
● 2 cloves of garlic, grated
● 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, or to taste
● Pinch of salt
Balsamic Glaze
● 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
● 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
● Pinch of salt
Napa Stack Sandwich
● Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
● 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
● ½ red onion, thinly sliced
● Thick sourdough bread, sliced in half and lightly toasted
● Plant Provisions Wild Truffle slices

DIRECTIONS

1. Make your garlic aioli. Add all aioli ingredients to a small bowl and mix. Adjust by adding more garlic, salt, or parsley based on preference.
2. Make your balsamic glaze: Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer over a low heat until reduced by ½, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
3. Make your Napa Stack. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning. Set aside. Spread aioli over the sourdough bread, then layer red onion slices and Plant Provisions Wild Truffle slices over top. Add apples, drizzle with balsamic glaze, then top with bread.
