INGREDIENTS LIST

4 slices – Sourdough bread
½ each – Avocado, lightly mashed
10 slices – Tuscan plant-based deli slices
½ cup – Arugula
2 each – White Cheddar style cheese
2 Tbsp – Dijon mayo (v)

DIRECTIONS

Assemble each sandwich by mashing ¼ avocado on slice of bread, top with 5 Tuscan slices, ¼ cup arugula, 1 slice of cheese and drizzle with Dijon mayo.
