INGREDIENTS LIST

Buffalo Sauce
● 1 cup of Frank’s Red Hot sauce
● ½ cup of vegan butter (use Miyoko’s!), melted
● 1 TBSP of distilled white vinegar
● Dash of Worcestershire sauce
● Salt and pepper, to taste
Sliders
● Slider buns, sliced
● Plant Provisions Mesquite BBQ slices
● Buffalo sauce
● Fried onions
● Lettuce

DIRECTIONS

Make your buffalo sauce.
a. In a large bowl, whisk together the Frank’s Red Hot sauce, melted vegan butter,
vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste, then add salt and pepper as needed.
b. Set aside to cool slightly.

Make your sliders.
a. Place your slider buns on a large tray lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
b. Add a generous layer of Plant Provisions Mesquite BBQ slices to the slider buns.
c. Drizzle with Buffalo sauce, then top with fried onions and lettuce.
d. Slice or deliver to the table and let your friends grab and go!
