DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425° Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium, thinly slice onion, sauté 8-10 min until browned, season with salt + add 2 tbsp water; cover + cook 3-5 min until softened.
Place 2 naan on a sheet pan, divide onions to each, divide veggie slices + add to naan; sprinkle each flatbread with 2-4 tbsp cheese.
Bake 5-7 min; add to plates.
