2. Divide cheese between both baguettes; divide veggie slices between 1 baguette + return both baguettes to oven for 5-7 min until cheese is melted.
3. Chop artichokes + peppers into bite-size pieces; add to the baguette with veggie slices, close baguettes + slice into halves.
4. Divide cheese baguette between 2 plates; divide veggie cheese baguettes between 2 additional plate —looks good!
